Recorded business line for Medicare and ACA agents

Call from the app. Keep the record with the client.

Your business number, inbound and outbound calling, permitted recordings, call history, notes, and client files all live inside Agent Workspace.

The phone is included with the complete Workspace. Activate it when you want it. Ignore the other tools if you do not need them.

How app calling works

From phone number to client record in three steps

There is no separate phone purchase and no callback bridge. Calling happens where the rest of your agent work already lives.

01

Choose a new number or ask about porting yours

Sign up for Agent Workspace, then choose a new business number or ask us about bringing the existing cell or business number your clients already know. Phone activation is optional and does not block the rest of the Workspace.

02

Call from the app

Place outbound calls from the client record. Answer inbound calls in Agent Workspace while you are signed in and available. Business calls use the Workspace app instead of your personal cell service.

03

Keep the record together

The call history, permitted recording, notes, SOA, consent records, enrollment files, and uploads stay connected to the client file for retrieval and export.

Recording and recordkeeping

The recording is useful because it stays with the work

A recording in a disconnected phone portal is only half a record. Agent Workspace keeps the call beside the client, SOA, consent, enrollment file, documents, and notes.

Recording boundary

Agent Workspace supports state-aware notice and affirmative-consent paths. Agents still follow the scripts, disclosures, carrier procedures, state laws, and approved enrollment workflows that apply to the call. If a required consent path is not completed, use your approved alternative process.

Six years and 10 years are different records

Keep the right proof on the right timeline

Agent Workspace gives you one searchable vault without flattening different recordkeeping duties into one vague promise.

Medicare marketing and sales calls

6 years

Under the CY2027 framework, retain the call record for at least six years: audio for years one through three, then audio or a complete and accurate transcript for years four through six.

Read the final rule

Medicare enrollment records

10 years

Enrollment records stay on their own retention track. Keep the enrollment-related call and supporting documents connected to the client file for the period required by your workflow.

Understand the retention split

ACA Marketplace records

10 years

Store consumer consent and eligibility application review records with the related client file for the Marketplace recordkeeping period.

FAQ

Clear answers about the phone

Is the business phone sold separately?

No. The recorded business line is included with the $29.99-per-month Agent Workspace. Sign up for the Workspace, then activate the phone when you want it. You do not have to use the other Workspace tools, but the phone is not offered as a separate subscription.

Where do I make and answer calls?

Inbound and outbound calls happen inside the Agent Workspace app. Outbound calls use your browser microphone and the in-app call controls. Inbound calls ring in the app while you are signed in and available.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Ask our team about number porting when you set up Business Line. We can help bring an existing cell or business number into Agent Workspace so clients can keep using the number they already know while calls move into the Workspace app.

Will calls ring my personal cell phone?

No. Agent Workspace calling is app-only. It does not forward or bridge calls to your cell phone. When the app is closed, a call is unanswered, or you are already on a call, the inbound call goes to Agent Vault voicemail.

Are calls automatically recorded?

Supported calls can be recorded automatically when recording is permitted and any required notice or consent workflow is satisfied. Agents remain responsible for the approved scripts, disclosures, state rules, carrier procedures, and enrollment workflows that apply to each call.

What is included in the 30-day free trial?

The trial includes Agent Workspace and 100 connected conversation minutes shared across inbound and outbound app calls. Ringing, setup, unanswered calls, and voicemail-only calls do not count toward that allowance. After the trial, Agent Workspace is $29.99 per month.

How long can I keep Medicare and ACA records?

The vault supports the applicable recordkeeping workflows agents commonly need: Medicare marketing and sales call records for at least six years under the CY2027 framework, separate 10-year enrollment-record storage, and 10-year Marketplace consent and application-review storage. Agents should follow the retention rules and contracts that apply to their business.

Can I export recordings and client records?

Yes. Recordings and related files are designed to be retrievable and exportable, so your records are not trapped if your agency, FMO, CRM, or business workflow changes.

Does Agent Workspace guarantee compliance?

No software can guarantee compliance by itself. Agent Workspace provides calling, recording, storage, retrieval, and export workflows. Agents remain responsible for the notices, consent, scripts, state laws, carrier requirements, and approved enrollment procedures that apply.
