Individual calling is included in Essentials. Shared-number agency routing is configured with our team.

One phone product: Essentials

Use the phone. Use the workspace. The price stays the same.

Use Essentials just for your phone, or use the rest of the workspace too. The price, signup and included phone features are the same.

Make outbound calls with your browser microphone and answer incoming calls in the app. Incoming cell forwarding is included with Essentials: turn on cell backup to ring your saved cell number too.

Your individual business line

When a client calls, you have a way to answer.

01

Answer in the app or on your cell

With cell backup on, incoming calls ring in the app first and your saved cell joins after a few seconds. If the app is closed or unavailable, your cell rings directly. Answer the cell call and follow the keypad prompt to connect.

02

Give missed calls a place to go

If neither the app nor your cell answers, the caller can leave Agent Vault voicemail. With cell backup off, unanswered or closed-app calls go to voicemail. New calls also go to voicemail while your business line is busy.

03

Keep the message for follow-up

Listen to voicemail in Agent Vault and receive a new-message email. Unsaved personal-line voicemail is kept for 30 days. Use Save to Vault to keep a message with your long-term records.

ACA calls and client records

Keep the call with the Marketplace work it belongs to.

Marketplace questions and renewals

Make outbound calls from the browser and keep notes with the client. Pick up the next conversation with the earlier call history in view.

Consent and application-review evidence

Link permitted recordings and supporting files to the correct client. Keep the conversation beside your ACA consent and application-review records.

Documents and next steps

Keep notes about missing documents, plan questions and follow-up alongside the call. Review unmatched calls before filing their recordings.

Recording follows the call policy

Supported calls record according to the call policy: automatic recording, a recording announcement, or an affirmative keypad-consent step. When required consent is not given, the call is not recorded. Follow the approved scripts and procedures that apply to your work.

A recording does not automatically create a signed consent form or transcript. Use your approved ACA consent and application-review process and retain the supporting evidence.

For ACA agencies

One agency number. The right coverage team.

Give clients one number to reach your agency. Our team configures ZIP-based routing, covering agents and backup destinations for the way your team serves its territory.

  1. 01

    One shared number

A caller reaches your agency and enters a ZIP code.

  2. 02

    A covering agent

The configured routing rules select a covering agent on a verified cell number.

  3. 03

    A backup path

Configured overflow agents can receive unanswered calls, with voicemail when the routing path is exhausted.

Agency destinations use verified cell numbers. Our team can configure routing schedules and call reports as part of the agency setup. Shared-number routing, pricing and rollout are scoped separately from the individual Essentials offer.

Individual Essentials offer

The same phone features for every individual agent.

Use Essentials just for your phone, or use the rest of the workspace too. The price, signup and included phone features are the same.
