ACA Consent for Agencies

ACA Consent + Application Review for Agencies, FMOs, and Broker Networks

Give every agent in your downline a simple ACA documentation workflow.

Informed + Choice helps agencies, FMOs, general agencies, IMOs, brokerages, and agent networks standardize ACA consumer consent and eligibility application-review documentation across their downline.

Each licensed agent can receive a personal ACA consent link, mobile-friendly signing page, QR code, protected evidence storage, audit history, and exportable records without forcing your organization into a new CRM, quoting tool, EDE platform, or enrollment system.

I, Notta EL-Jibble, give permission to Unreal Insurance Agency and my primary writing agent Daniel Brooks to serve as my health insurance agent or broker for Marketplace coverage assistance.

Downline consistency

Built for agencies that need consistency across the downline

ACA documentation should not depend on every agent inventing their own process. Your agency can give agents a repeatable workflow that is simple enough to use and structured enough to support review later.

Prospect protection

Your prospects are your business

Agencies work hard to build distribution. Agents work hard to earn trust. Client records, prospect records, signed forms, call recordings, uploaded files, enrollments, and documentation history should not become someone else's sales pipeline.

Informed + Choice is an independent software company. Our role is software: workflow, evidence storage, retrieval, export, and support.

We do not sell insurance.
We are not an insurance agency.
We do not compete for your prospects.
We do not use agent records as a sales pipeline.
We do not require your agency to move into our CRM or enrollment system.

Personal agent links

Every agent gets a PURL and matching QR code

Each licensed agent can receive a personal ACA consent link designed for client use. Every personal URL has a corresponding QR code, so the agent can share the same signing path in text, email, print, web, or in-person conversations.

The goal is simple: help your agents present a professional image, build client confidence, and get the forms signed.

Client-facing domain

Why the client-facing URL uses InsuranceConsent.com

The consumer-facing signing path uses a consent-focused domain because the client should stay focused on the agent and the consent process, not on the software vendor.

When a consumer notices the URL, "insurance consent" is clear, generic, and relevant to what they are doing. That helps reduce confusion and keeps the agent's professional presentation front and center.

Evidence file

More than a consent form

Some tools help capture a signature. Informed + Choice is built around the full evidence file.

The record an agent may need later is not always a single PDF. It may include a signed consent, an application-review confirmation, a timestamped receipt, an uploaded document, a call recording, and an audit trail showing when the record was created, signed, viewed, exported, or updated.

Informed + Choice keeps the proof organized around the agent, the client, and the record history.

Evidence can include

Signed ACA consent
Application-review confirmation
Timestamped receipt
Uploaded document
Call recording
Audit trail
Viewed, exported, or updated history

Storage strategy

Optional agency-owned storage

Storage strategy matters. Some organizations want Informed + Choice to provide managed storage through our secure, encrypted Agent Vault. Others already have an approved Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or enterprise storage environment.

Informed + Choice can support agency-owned storage. The workflow stays simple for agents, while the underlying records can be routed into the storage environment your organization controls.

The goal is not to trap your records. The goal is to keep them organized, retrievable, exportable, and under the right level of control.

Keep records in your preferred storage environment
Maintain agency-controlled access and long-term custody
Reduce dependence on carrier, CRM, enrollment, phone, or vendor systems
Preserve searchable record workflows for ACA and Medicare evidence
Plan for cleaner record transition if your agency changes vendors later

Comparison

Agency workflow vs. one-off forms

A form can capture a signature. An agency workflow helps standardize how the record is created, stored, monitored, retrieved, and exported across the downline.

Without a shared workflow With Informed + Choice
Every agent invents a process Repeatable agency workflow for downline agents
One-off consent PDFs Personal links, QR codes, signing pages, and audit history
Records scattered across tools Evidence files organized around agent, client, and history
Hard to see adoption Dashboard metrics for rollout and readiness
Vendor or CRM lock-in risk Exportable records and optional agency-owned storage

Pricing path

Agency volume pricing with an individual-agent path

Agency volume pricing is available for larger teams and discounted from the standard $9.99/month individual agent price. Individual agents can still start with the standalone ACA Compliance Vault.

Agencies, FMOs, and broker networks

FAQ

ACA Consent for Agencies FAQ

Is this for general agencies, FMOs, IMOs, and broker networks? +

Yes. Different organizations use different labels. If your organization supports a downline of licensed agents, this workflow is built for you.

Does this replace HealthCare.gov, HealthSherpa, or another EDE platform? +

No. Informed + Choice does not replace your enrollment platform. It is an evidence and recordkeeping workflow for ACA consumer consent, application-review documentation, signed forms, uploaded records, and related agent documentation.

Does every agent get a personal URL? +

Yes. Each agent can receive a personal ACA consent link that can be shared by text, email, QR code, website button, client message, or agency resource page.

Do consumers need accounts? +

No. Consumers and authorized representatives use a secure public signing page. They do not need Vault accounts.

Can the signing page include agent branding? +

Yes. Agent pages can include branding elements such as the agent name, contact information, agency name, logo, headshot, and QR code. Branding options can be reviewed during agency setup.

Can our agency use approved form language? +

Agency template needs can be reviewed during implementation. The goal is to support a consistent process that aligns with your agency compliance requirements.

Can agents upload supporting documents? +

Yes. Agents can upload supporting files, historical records, imported documents, audio files, and related evidence where needed.

Can we export records if we leave? +

Yes. Record portability is a core principle. Informed + Choice is designed around exportable records and a transition-oriented offboarding process, subject to your agreement and any legal, audit, security, billing, or hold-related retention requirements.
