Electronic SOA provides a focused secure workflow for creating, signing, tracking, storing, and retrieving Scope of Appointment records. Broader ACA, call-recording, CRM, historical-file, and record-management workflows are scoped through Essentials or an agency agreement.
For agencies, FMOs, and broker organizations that prefer to use their own storage environment, we support separately contracted Broker-Owned Storage. Your organization can route approved record workflows into storage you own and control, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Box, Dropbox, or another supported destination.
The applicable agency solution provides the agreed workflow, filing structure, record index, retrieval tools, and audit trail. Your organization chooses the storage posture that fits its compliance program.
