1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Informed + Choice offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who sign up for any paid Informed + Choice product. If you are not completely satisfied during your first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the fees you paid for that product.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your initial signup date at [email protected]. Please include the name and email address on the account, the product you signed up for, and a brief note that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

3. Refund Amount

Approved refund requests made within the first 30 days will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the applicable product. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

4. Cancellation

Requesting a refund may cancel your paid access to the product. If your account contains records, documents, or files you need to keep, you are responsible for exporting them before cancellation or before your access ends.

5. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the first 30 days are not covered by this money-back guarantee. You may still cancel your subscription at any time, but payments made after the guarantee period are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed by Informed + Choice in writing.
