Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Current Retail Offers

Electronic Scope of Appointment is a paid monthly subscription. The first payment is due at checkout, and there is no introductory free trial.

Business Telephone is not yet open for public signup. When it becomes available, payment will be due before activation and telephone-number provisioning, and there will be no introductory free trial. Informed + Choice Essentials begins with a guided demo and approved provisioning rather than automatic public signup.

If you purchased under an earlier written or checkout agreement, the billing, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown for that purchase continue to govern that subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. For a prepaid subscription purchased under an earlier offer, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid term unless the applicable agreement says otherwise. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund.

Fees already charged are non-refundable except under the Business Telephone guarantee below, as required by law, or as expressly agreed by Informed + Choice in writing.

If your account contains records, documents, or files you need to keep, you are responsible for exporting them before your access ends. Access to existing records after cancellation is governed by the applicable terms and data-retention policy.

3. 30-Day Business Telephone Money-Back Guarantee

A first-time paid Business Telephone purchase includes a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee window begins when the first paid Business Telephone charge occurs.

The guarantee applies only to the eligible first Business Telephone charge, is available once per organization, and does not restart after reactivation.

Using the guarantee cancels Business Telephone immediately, ends calling access, and releases the assigned Business Telephone number. Eligibility and the refundable amount are determined from the account’s billing record. The guarantee does not apply to later renewal charges, standalone products that do not include Business Telephone, or prorated refunds after the guarantee window.
