Free Trial and Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Free Trial

Agent Workspace begins with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup, but the subscription fee is not charged during the trial.

If you do not want to continue, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged the subscription fee. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid monthly subscription will begin automatically at the price disclosed at signup.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, but fees already charged are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed by Informed + Choice in writing.

If your account contains records, documents, or files you need to keep, you are responsible for exporting them before your access ends. Access to existing records after cancellation is governed by the applicable terms and data-retention policy.

3. Billing Questions

Informed + Choice does not offer a separate 30-day money-back guarantee after the free trial. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] promptly. Please include the name and email address on the account, the product involved, and a description of the charge.
