Two-Stage SMS Process
Patient first receives a consent text and must reply YES. After consent, they receive a secure link to authorize. Authorization typically lasts up to 13 months.
How it works:
- Patient receives your request via email or SMS
- They click the secure link to authorize
- They're redirected to their health plan to sign in
- Once approved, you can view their data in the Patients tab
